you want your guests to sing.

- Wireless lapel mic for the ceremony preacher
if
we are doing the ceremony music.

CD of the "Special Music" designed for your 1st dance,
Father/Daughter dance, etc.

Coordinator - On the day of the event,
we can: Supervise all aspects of the Ceremony and Reception.

DVD slideshow montage
presentation: Can be done BEFORE the event for
showing at your event using pictures you would supply to us on a CD - (from birth until

Editing: When you want a "Special" mixed song
for your 1st dance where we put 2 or more songs together to make that 1st
dance something to really remember!

We have a lot
of equipment to make YOUR PARTY the greatest!
Please make arrangements for DJ to have access
to your site at least TWO HOURS AHEAD OF PARTY
TIME so that
equipment can be set up properly before your guests begin to arrive.
DJ will also need about 45 minutes to
1 hour to tear down and load up after
the event.
A
full-service disc jockey company can invest as much as 12 to 20
hours in your special event.....
but it may appear that you are only paying for
"4 hours"!
Telephone and Face-to-Face Consultations, music
purchasing, editing, preparation, drive-time to & from
your event, set-up and teardown, education and other
business related endeavors add up to the overall
success of your special
occasion.

GRATUITIES

If you like what we do for you and want to give
us a tip...we will be delighted to accept it, but will

The standard initial payment for entertainment
services is 50% and needs to be paid as soon as possible to secure
your date as we are constantly booking parties and we
cannot hold a date indefinitely without the contract and
initial payment.
The balance will be due on the day or evening of your
event. Please let us know who to give the Invoice to at
your
party so that final payment can be made at that
time.
